Warranties can be confusing, so let's keep it simple.....

We promise and deliver only the highest standard of quality of material and craftsmanship of furniture we manufacture. To that end we offer generous warranties on all of our custom products.

Our residential customers receive a 10 year* warranty on all custom upholstered goods manufactured by Reality Furniture.

Our commercial customers receive a 3 year* warranty on all custom upholstered goods manufactured by Reality Furniture.

*Warranty is void if the product failure is due to misuse or lack of correct maintenance and/or if alterations have been made by the customer/another manufacturer.
